# Private Sale Information

Icarus Network will commence private sale for early supporters and industry partners who have showed strong interest in participating the network.

15th February 2021 - 15th March 2021\
Price : $0.01 per each ICA token

Total Sale available number of ICA : 900,000,000 

Any unsold tokens will be rolled over into Phase 2 or to be burnt
